licencing change in documentation of the (ex-ex-oaf, ex-bonobo-activation) libbonobo library

hi all,

Michael and Matthew Garret convinced me to change the licencing of the
documentation I wrote a few years ago from the GFDL to the FDL. I also
thought it would be a good idea to assign the copyright to the FSF.

Matthew will commit the changes necessary to implement this change.
