hmm, that's gettext not working correctly, I guess. Have you got gettext

the default provider for 0.2.x uses SQLite, which requires libgdbm (like
Berkeley DB). So, you'll need to install SQLite libs
(http://www.hwaci.com/sw/sqlite/) along with the libgdbm devel files.
