Message dialogs. Such as, if there is an error, it could report the program
and version.

Subject: [gnome-db] purpose of first two gda_init() parameters
Hello,
Could someone please explain to me what the purpose of the first two
gda_init() arguments is. Why would gda_init() want to know the name
and version of the program I am running?
Thanks,
Neil
