The "no" command?

["Reid Sutherland" <reid isys ca>]

What is this "no" command? I'm trying to compile the core and it gives me an
error saying it can't find the command "no". Am I new? I've never heard of
this command, althought, I don't devel, so maybe I'm missing something.

Any ideas?
