IDL problems

I'm getting an error when trying to build gnome-core-1.0.5

make[1]: execvp: ../idl/help-browser.idl: Permission denied

It seems it's trying to run this script from command line. It's not calling
anything to run it. I notice it's supposed to be handle by ORBit. I have the
latest ORBit installed and it still doesn't seem to work.

Any ideas?
