The web-page is kept in the web-devel module of CVS.

It's pretty easy to install on your own machine.
Just do a :
% cvs get web-devel
% cd web-devel
% ./webconfig --htmldir=<htmlprefix>
% cd content;make

You prolly need to set up a webserver to see it properly, though.
