I think it's safe to say people are using Apt. If they aren't they are
into masochism and can figure things out themselves. :-)

(Still, those instructions are something like:

ftp everything from the staging area and type:
 dpkg -i *

only thing is that some dependencies might not be in the staging area, so
then you would have to manually download those packages as well and
install them first. Depends on what people have already installed.)
