In general, yes.  However, I wanted developers answers to a couple of
questions before the full release of the FAQ, so I posted it here.  The
Debian question is done, but I'm still looking for more info for the
Starting GNOME question.  The one response I got to that one had lots of
useful info, but nothing on using gdm and GNOME.
