Non-resizable window

How do you make a window so it can't be resized?  My app already can't
be shrunk, but it can be maximized/resized still.  This really screws up
the widget layout, and changes the size of widgets that need to be not
changed.  I've seen window that can be resized (like dialogs), but I
don't want a dialog, I want a main window.  What do I do....
