cvs access notes patch



thanks to everyone who pointed me to http://developer.gnome.org/tools/cvs.html.

note to the webmaster: this was not an immediately obvious place to look. i already
knew what "tools" are used to build GNOME, i wanted anoncvs. 

i looked under "Getting Involved" and "Documentation".

perhaps this patch might avoid this question in the future?
