BUG: gtkxmhtml and libc5

Hello,

gtkxmhtml needs the function strtok_r() which is the reentrant version of
strtok() and not present in libc5.  Nevertheless libgnomesupport has this
function but
    gnome-config --libs gtkxmhtml
has to show it (if gtkxmhtml is compiled for a libc without strtok_r()).
