[suggest]uname in control-center

Hi.

In control-center, it shows some information of system.

In control-center/splash.c get_portable_info() function get version of OS.
I think that is more right buf.release than buf.version.

buf.version means date and time that you compile kernel and 'Version' we called
is in buf.release.

do you agree?
