GOB 1900 (GTK+ object builder) 0.92.0 released

This is the GOB 1900 release.  It's still 1999 here, but it's already 1900,
19100 or 100 in many places of the world.

What is GOB:

Very simple preprocessor for making GTK+ objects with inline C code so that
generated files are not editted.  Syntax is inspired by java and yacc or lex.
The implementation is intentionaly kept simple, and no C code parsing is
done.

What's new in 0.92.0:

	* added protected methods and datamembers.
	* better handeling of empty methods
	* allow scope keywords before the virutal or signal keyword
	* merge signal marshallers that are the same to reduce code size
	* various small fixes and improvements
