How do you generate it? I can't get it generated, ./autogen doesn't do
that.

Again about po, in Dr Genius, I never got the locale installed after a
make install. The only trick I found is to add LINGUAS=$ALL_LINGUAS in
the configure.in, is there any other cleaner way to do that.
