make of Gdk-pixbuf 0.8.0

Hi, guys

It is outputted with 'Not building GnomeCanvasPixbuf
library' when gnome-config can't be found with configure
script. but, It becomes an error because gnome.h should be
necessary gdk-pixbuf/test-gdk-pixbuf.c

So far as I know, the result of configure script doesn't
think that it is reflected about GnomeCanvasPixbuf
everywhere.

Could you make Gdk-pixbuf which was never dependent on
gnome-libs?
