The way GIMP handles menus is great(in my opinion), you 
don't even have to move the mouse(as long as the pointer
is inside the image window). 
	This, I believe, is a very 
good solution, but could not easily be moved into other 
programs, many of them have special menus when you press
the right mouse button, and often different menus depending
on "where" in the application you are. 
	But the idea is good, just press a button and the
menu appears.
