who's to be contacted about control-center?
i'd like it to have a capability that's not there for now:
i want to be able to have 'plugins' to do various things with
the background settings (like have one where the background is
not backed by an image file but generated (a rendering of the
Mandelbrot set, for instance), and also one where the 'wallpaper'
is rotated automatically after a specified period of time)..
all of this can be done using simple scripts, but we may want it 
more 'integrated' for end users..
