I claim to still be (un)maintaining the applet :)

Just made several changes attempting to fix a few of it's problems/bugs. ISDN
related code is untouched, anyone that wants to take that on is welcome to it.

I see that gnome-core/applets (1.2) was just branched, would this be a good time
to sync CVS HEAD of gnome-applets up to the latest version of other applets I am
responsible for?
