proposal to return gnome-run back into gnome distro

 Hi, 

 Recently I've found that no gnome-run utility is being shipped with gnome (it
was in gnome-utils?). I think it would be very wise to return it back to the
gnome distribution - it's very useful for making a window manager's
accelerator for it to start arbitrary programs.

 What do you think about this?
