You could help most by pointing us to a tutorial about how to fix (and test)
this stuff. Or, if there isn't a tutorial, then you could write one. Give us
your knowledge.

It's only natural that people only fix problems when they discover them.
It's the same on Windows - most apps can't deal with multi-byte languages
because people don't know how to code for it and they never see it not
working.
