This probably isn't necessary. Once you have done the initial "login"
and "checkout", you do an "update" anytime without a "login" stage.
Otherwise all that cvs login does is create an entry in ~/.cvspass, so
you could just see what is created and put it there yourself.
I don't know of any way to send a password on the command line.
