Gnotices

Does anyone know why on Gnotices there is a delay between the time you post
and the time it appears on the page?

If this or any other Gnotices issues can be resolved programatically (i.e.
it's not a hardware or bandwidth issue), I'd be happy to done some of my
time to working on them.

Never write it in 'C' if you can do it in 'awk';
Never do it in 'awk' if 'sed' can handle it;
Never use 'sed' when 'tr' can do the job;
Never invoke 'tr' when 'cat' is sufficient;
Avoid using 'cat' whenever possible.
