I've been interested in the same thing.  I think having things like
Galeon and Evolution available in Windows would really help people learn
what Linux software can be like.

It looks like a few people are working on it.  Here's what I had found:

I'm surprised I haven't heard more of an emphasis on porting Evolution
to Windows.  That sure would give Ximian a bigger market for their
connector product.
