GConf-1.1.5?

Looking on the web pages on gnome.org, GConf-1.1.5 is listed as being part
of the current stable release.  However, every ftp server I have tried
to download GConf-1.1.5 from has not had the file, including ftp.gnome.org. 
Does anyone know where I can track this down, or why it does not appear
on any ftp servers?
