gnome-vfs HEAD vs. gob

hi,

nearly all buildscripts support the build of gob2 now. now my questions
is if it is possible to remove the extra 'gob2' requirement that
currently is in gnome-vfs HEAD ?

let's say the buildscript installed a previous version of gob2 from cvs
then later it enters gnome-vfs then gnome-vfs wants to configure it's
own gob2 again which i think is not required anymore. i would be
thankfull if this can be removed again in favour to an own separate gob2
installation ?
