Re: install failure of libgnome (also same problem GConf)



Hmmm, what I usualy do as a quick fix(however anoying it is) is to run
the install and then when it fail create the index.sgml file with touch
and then rerun the install.  If your scripts are cleaning the directory
and recompiling instead of just starting from where it left off then you
might have a problem.  In this case I would just do a make install by
hand though I don't know how you would tell your ports tree to not
compile it again.  Sorry I cna't be of more help.
