Well, doing this will be a bit hackish because panel doesn't provide
public management interface. But you can adjust gconf key
/apps/panel/general/toplevel_id_list
>From C interface by using GConf C library and even from command line
with gconf tool. It's possible to use if with Bonobo too, but I think
you would prefer plain C.
