error at gnome-user-docs with jhbuild

jhbuild errors with module 'meta-gnome-core' at 
gnome-user-docs version 3.0.2 from trunk

two errors that I noticed:

one during configure that passes

./configure: line 2197: HELP_INIT: command not found

yes, configure.in includes a line HELP_INIT.  If helpful, I 
will copy to you the configure.in file.

one at make that stops

Making all in gnome-help
make[1]: Entering directory 
`/files/part/sources/gnome-user-docs/gnome-help'
Makefile:536: *** missing separator.  Stop.
make[1]: Leaving directory 
`/files/part/sources/gnome-user-docs/gnome-help'
make: *** [all-recursive] Error 1

no help from google, is the maintainer or another builder here?
