Status of GPF

Hello.
I checked out the gnome-devtools webpage, and I am intrigued by GPF.
However, the webpage is a little lacking in detail, so I have a few
questions:

What is the status of GPF? Who is the maintainer?
Are there any programs using it?
Is there a plan to port Anjuta to use it, while porting it to gnome2?
