oaf file changes

gdl and gnome-debug recently changed the names of their oaf files.  So
unless you want things to break, you need to remove scintilla.oafinfo,
gdf.oafinfo, and libdryad-debugger.oafinfo from $(prefix)/share/oaf before
trying to run recent versions of gdl and gnome-debug.  You can expect
similar changes in gnome-build and gIDE soon.
