glimmer showing untagged text

I don't like glimmer using the tag "whitespace" for untagged text. That
means that unhilighted documents are completely shown like "whitespace".
But this is just a naming problem. "normal text" would be better IMHO. But
it is definitely a problem, that the only the background color of
"whitespace" is used, whilst the foreground color is taken from the gnome
theme. This results in "black on dark blue" with the classic theme for
glimmer and the standard gnome theme.
