anjuta2/HACKING points at:
- docs/compile.txt (out-of-date, fails to mention glimmer)
- docs/style.txt (looks helpful but short, could do with a merger with
the Hacking Anjuta2 web page)

anjuta2/FAQ and anjuta2/README are also outdated, they focus on GNOME
1.4 and again there's no mention of glimmer.

Housekeeping tasks for anyone who wants them and can beat me to it :-)
