Anjuta2 is now called Scaffold

Hi all,

I just committed the big rename patch which renames all the methods
calls and other stuff from anjuta to scaffold. Together with the work of
Greg Leblanc (he renamed the files and module in gnome cvs), the project
is now completely renamed from "anjuta2" to "scaffold".

In 24 hours (when anonymous cvs updates), checkout the "scaffold" module
for a look. Functionally, scaffold is the same as anjuta2 HEAD. But lots
of stuff is planned :)

My plans for now are to fix up glimmer and commit those changes and then
do a release of Scaffold (i've changed the version number of scaffold to
0.1 btw (anjuta2 was at 0.3.6, but without a release (ever)).

John: do you think you're session fixes are done by that time?
(hopefully sometime this weekend or otherwise next week).
