	gconf installation problems.
	* plugins/gnome-project-types/scaffold-gnome-application-type.c:
	(impl_create_project): Don't crash when spawn fails. Don't hardcode
	python path (use G_SPAWN_SEARCH_PATH instead). 

I removed the comment from project-tool.c
