I don't know of any tutorials, but you could look at a recent version of
the gedit source to see how gtksourceview is used:

ftp://ftp.gnome.org/mirror/gnome.org/desktop/2.4/2.4.1/sources/gedit-2.4.1.tar.gz

Grep gtk_source in the ./gedit-2.4.1/gedit/ directory once you have
downloaded and unpacked the source.
