anjuta autogen.sh kind of fails on my system

gnome-build and gnome-debug both use -Werror but have lot of different
in signedness errors with GCC 4. So temperary disabling -Werror on both
wouldn't be to bad ?

and autogen.sh from gnome-build should say you need automake >= 1.7
