Changes to gnome-doc-utils Bugzilla component

The default assignee and QA contact for the gnome-doc-utils product on
bugzilla.gnome.org is now:
  gnome-doc-utils-maint gnome bugs

Previously this was:
  shaunm gnome org

To watch gnome-doc-utils bugs:
1. Goto http://bugzilla.gnome.org/userprefs.cgi?tab=email (Account,
Email prefs)
2. Put gnome-doc-utils-maint gnome bugs in the 'Users to watch' box.

Suggest to watch shaunm as well, as there are probably a lot of docs
components where shaunm still is the assignee.
