Actually not really. The way I fixed it apparently has really pissed off DV. I
need to now start working on a DOM-based gnome-db2html2 as the "real fix".

But I did check-in what I have right now into CVS. I tested it on a few docs
(with and without entities) and it seems to work - I would appreciate if
people stress test it.

… and — do not work. I do not know if they will work at all. We
can 'special case' them though and do something like:
if (g_strcasecmp (name, "hellip")
	g_print ("...");

This is a VERY ugly hack. I do not want to do this.
