Dia change

Greetings guys,
   I just made a large commit to the Dia documentation.  It is now in book 
form and uses multiple files.  Each chapter is its own file.  Just a note for 
all you who want to help the documentation.  Just wanted to make sure 
everyone knew so they don't flip when they see the change :)
