For this... each widget, or item that receives context sensitive help
gets an id. There is a script that is run on the code which will
generate a 'map' file. Within this map file the hacker or writer then
matches the id of the widget to the id of the XML file created for
that app.

This XML file is a very small set of tags that are all based on
docbook tags so no relearning is necessary.

None of this will be possible until the post 1.2 gnome-libs get
enabled and ready to use.
