ee docs

hey folks!

I have a preliminary version of the docs for Electric Eyes available for
someone who wants to edit them. Since I do not have a web site (too lazy
for real work :) i can either DCC them from the IRC or email them.

Anyone who wants to put the on their website would get a big reward :)
( ok maybe not, but anyway.... it would be appreciated)
