Nicholas,
	These have been added.  As a future reference:
* The documentation should be XML now instead of SGML
* The main file should be appname-lang.xml (ie: xbill-C.xml)
* All images should go into figures/

Please make these changes, let me know, and I'll get these fixed!  They
still need to be added to the Makefiles though.
