gfloppy ui/string changes

Hey,
I went ahead and did some changes to gfloppy to standardize it with the
rest of GNOME2. I had a quick check at the screenshots for the
documentation and it's currently all 1.4 stuff. The string changes
should be almost nothing. Hope this is all okay [I figured that this was
such a minor app that breaking the freeze would be okay for everyone].
