The GDSG does mention that we should use the default
settings for the GNOME desktop when we take a
screenshoot.

So, using the default settings (theme for gtk, window
frame) should be the de-facto policy.

Maybe the problem is that different distributions
(redhat, or debian) might have different `default`
settings for theme from GNOME release itself.
