Once 2.2 is out, we should redo the build system for gnome-applets. I've
avoided this because of the difficulty of refitting a liner's steam room
while it's in the middle of a transatlantic voyage, but g-a's docs build
is still using the old make system for omf files.
One wonders if Malcolm and Jody are interested in resurrecting the idea
of a more robust docs build infrastructure post 2.2?
