RE: New Help manuals.

Breda, Pat, John,

Having Breda make the revisions and me review them sounds like a good
idea.  I am a bit pressed for time over the next couple of weeks, as I
have to be in court at the end of next week.  I would be happy to review
the manual this time rather than doing the revision.

Thanks for suggesting this creative solution that saves me some time but
still lets me make a contribution.  Just let me know what you need me to
do in terms of peer review; this will be my first time.
