That seems very possible, thanks for the info.

I tried this function, while it seemed that it may work for gedit, it
halted the script when I tried to use it with gataxx saying
"dogtail.distro.PackageNotFoundError: gataxx". I don't know if this is a
bug, or simply a figment of my lack of understanding of dogtail.
