Announcing new strings for new file in the orca module: orca.desktop.in

Hey All:

With the acceptance of Orca into GNOME 2.16 (THANK YOU EVERYONE FOR YOUR
SUPPORT), we've created a new orca.desktop.in file.  This file lives in
the top level directory of the orca module and contains the following
strings:

_Name=Orca Screen Reader and Magnifier
_Comment=Assistive Technologies for Blind and Visually Impaired People
