Re: GNOME virtual machine snapshot

Hi :o)

I was just setting out working on a virtual machine of my own, I had
just installed the OS so I wasn't tat far on.

It seems you thought of a few things that I did not, first I didn't
realise that a disk couldn't be shrunk if it had grown because of files
that have been deleted. Second I was planning on building GNOME inside
the VM, so that users could build new releases themselves, the idea
being they would also test the build system. Not only would this
probably have made prohibitively large VMs, it sort of defeats the
object too...

Love, Karderio
