For stuff on links, look towards the end of

Alternatively, just write something like "!!!! LINK TO
SECTION ON FOO" or a comment and I can take care of
it.

That's my rule of thumb too :)

You can hit CTRL-R in yelp to reload. (It's a hidden
feature because it can be a bit buggy.)
I've also created a launcher on my desktop that opens
yelp with the CVS version of the user guide.
